“My name is Chinnari. I am from Gotlam village. I lost my mother when I was very young. My grandmother took care of me and my elder sister. Because of our financial situation, I had to stop studies after high school. When I heard about the tailoring course at VTC, I asked my grandmother to send me for training. I completed training and now I am able to make all ladies’ garments independently. I stitched my own dress for graduation. My grandmother worked hard to provide and support me so far. I am very happy now because I am in a position to support my grandmother financially.”
